PROJECT OVERVIEW
BRIDGE (BINUS Research & Innovation Development and Global Engagement) is a digital platform developed by BINUS University to foster collaboration between academia, industry, government, media, and society. This project is led by Elioenai Sitepu, Ph.D from BINUS University. Launched on June 15, 2023, during the Research & Innovation Expo at BINUS University’s Alam Sutera Campus, the platform was inaugurated by Indonesia’s Minister of Investment, Bahlil Lahadalia.
The primary objective of BRIDGE is to serve as a matchmaking platform that connects researchers (BINUSIANs) with industry partners. It enables companies to articulate their challenges and seek innovative solutions, while researchers can showcase their products and ideas. This synergy accelerates the development of market-driven research and implementable products, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

As a key contributor to the development and success of BRIDGE, I play a multifaceted role that leverages my expertise in digital transformation and strategic management. My responsibilities include:
Liaison Between Research & Technology Transfer and IT Departments
I act as a critical bridge between the Research & Technology Transfer Department and the IT Department, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. This involves coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure that technical solutions meet the platform’s strategic goals and user needs.
Insights, Analysis, and Ideation for Development
I provide valuable insights, conduct data-driven analyses, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the BRIDGE platform. My contributions focus on aligning the platform’s features with the needs of its stakeholders, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in fostering collaboration and innovation.
Driving Digital Transformation
As a professional in digital transformation, I lead the integration of advanced digital tools and practices into the BRIDGE ecosystem. This includes overseeing the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the platform’s usability, scalability, and impact. My role involves defining the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and monitoring its execution.
Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
I contribute to the strategic planning process for BRIDGE by identifying trends, forecasting future needs, and defining a roadmap for platform development. This ensures that the platform remains at the forefront of digital innovation and continues to meet the demands of its users.
Monitoring and Evaluation
I oversee the performance of the BRIDGE platform by analyzing key metrics and user feedback. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-informed enhancements to maximize the platform’s impact.
