I am a dedicated professional specializing in digital transformation, with a strong background in computer science and strategic management. My work focuses on driving innovation and creating impactful solutions that bridge technology and strategy. Through research and development, I contribute to advancing fields such as e-learning, material informatics, and data analysis, always with an emphasis on sustainability and technological advancement. I aim to design systems and strategies that not only address organizational challenges but also foster long-term growth and innovation.
Beyond my technical expertise, I am deeply committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and community engagement. As an academic contributor, I actively research and publish on topics such as AI applications in psychology, bioinformatics, and the transformative impact of digital strategies on organizations, particularly in Indonesia. I also advocate for leveraging technology to advance education, exemplified by my work on video-based learning for neurodiverse students and also the implementation of Team Based Learning method as learning strategy in university. With a strategic mindset, I am positioning myself as a thought leader in digital transformation, dedicated to shaping innovative and sustainable organizational practices.

- 2nd Winner & Grand Finalist of BINUS 2024 Innovation Award (Product & Service Category): Secured 2nd place with the project “Digital Design Production for Autism Spectrum Disorder Students” among 141 submissions, recognized for its relevance, risk management, impact, and innovation in addressing the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Rector’s Award for Best Teaching Performance (2022, 2023): Acknowledged for outstanding teaching performance, responsibility, and integrity at BINUS University, along with contributions to campus life and extraordinary work.
- Binus Talent Squad (BTS) Graduate: BTS is a handpicked top 50 employees scored by Achievement (KPI) and Core Competency & Leadership Competency in BINUS University that has finished BINUS Talent Management & Development Program (BTMDP). BTMDP is a one-year training program to prepare all the BTS Candidates with trainings and projects aimed to develop a versatile leader out of all the graduates.
